About the Doctor
Dr. Shari Rosenbaum is a board-certified internist known for her thoughtful, attentive approach to health care. With a foundation in traditional evidence-based medicine and nearly two decades of experience in concierge private practice, she is deeply committed to building lasting relationships with her patients—offering guidance, reassurance, and exceptional care at every stage of life.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Emory University and her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed her residency at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C., where she served as Chief Resident and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She has held academic appointments at Mount Sinai and Lenox Hill Hospitals in New York City, where she was honored as Teaching Attending of the Year.
Dr. Rosenbaum is affiliated with Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital and has held leadership roles including Vice Chief of Medicine and Member at Large.
A longtime resident of Boca Raton, Dr. Rosenbaum is known for her warmth, clinical integrity, and deep respect for her patients. Her goal is simple yet powerful: to be a trusted partner in your health—through every question, decision, and stage of life.

How quickly can I get an appointment?
Because we limit the number of patients
we see, we’re able to offer same-day or next-day appointments.
You won’t wait weeks to be seen, and your visit won’t feel rushed.
How is Bespoke different from a traditional doctor's office?
Bespoke is designed to be your trusted medical home. With our unique membership model, you build a true relationship not just with your physician but with an entire team that knows you and advocates for you every step of the way.
We intentionally limit the number of patients we care for so we can spend more time with each individual — giving you longer visits, more
direct access, and the peace of mind that you will be seen by your own doctor if admitted to the hospital.
By choosing not to contract with insurance companies, we remove the roadblocks and rushed visits that often get in the way of thoughtful care. Your health comes first — always.
What does it mean that you don't take insurance? Do I still need insurance?
Yes — you should still keep your health insurance to cover lab work, specialist
visits, radiology, hospitalizations, home health services and other care outside our office. Your membership fee covers
everything we provide in-house.
We do not bill insurance for our services, which means no surprise charges or copays.
Think of insurance as a safety net for larger expenses and your membership as access to truly personalized primary care without the red tape.
What services are included
in my membership?
Your all-inclusive membership includes a comprehensive range of services including an annual preventive exam, office visits, nurse visits, hospital visits, pre-op clearance, telehealth visits when appropriate, in-office lab draws, vaccine administration, EKG’s, Body Composition Analysis, and expert coordination with specialists and diagnostics when needed.
Do you accept Medicare?
No. Bespoke Health and Wellness
is fully opted out of Medicare.
Your membership covers your care
with us directly.
Can I use my
HSA or FSA to pay for my membership?
Direct primary care membership fees
are not explicitly listed as qualified medical expenses for HSA or FSA reimbursement
under current IRS rules.
Some patients choose to use these funds,
but we recommend checking with your HSA/FSA administrator or tax advisor to
understand your options and avoid any
unexpected tax issues.
What if I'm Hospitalized?
If you’re admitted to Boca Raton Regional Hospital, your Bespoke doctor will serve as your attending physician — so you have someone you trust managing your care when it matters most. Continuity of care doesn’t stop at the office door.
